Subscriptions are entered on an annual basis, i.e. January to December and are subject to renewal in subsequent years. Subscription Fees are subject to change without notice.

How to Pay Subscriptions?

Subscriptions Fee is payable in advance. Subscribers are requested to send payment with their order. Issues will only be sent on receipt of payment. Payment can be made by Bank Wire Transfer or NEFT  Transfer only. All payments should be made to "CESER Publications" at Roorkee, India.

Send your subscription (or subscription inquiry) to the P&S Editor (E-mail: ceser.publications@gmail.com). Please always mentioned in Email Subject as “SUBSCRIPTION OF JOURNAL”.
